There is one good old formula that never changes.
Good Planning + Proper Execution = Excellent Result
There are so many wastes because of either poor planning
or bad execution. The worst is executing without planning. In anything that we
do, being prepared matters a lot.
Unnecessary waste of time, money and efforts is always
the result. We do big favor to others and ourselves if we use this formula.
Never wastes plan ahead and execute well.
