We don’t need intelligent leaders anymore; we have much already
and look at our world today. We need leaders with integrity! Integrity is
walking our talk… So let us not give a talk whose message we cannot live out,
that’s hypocrisy not integrity.
In leadership, there must be consistency between what we say and
what we do, otherwise no one will follow us. When we stand up for something, let
us mean it. Real conviction is not just words. (Ang tunay na paninindigan ay
hindi puro salita lamang.)
