Sickness is such a good
reminder of human frailty. When we are sick we are confronted with the reality
that we are not forever. It brings us to the most basic truth, we are nothing
without God.
Sickness makes us
humble.
Lord Jesus we
acknowledge that we are nothing without you. Grant us always a healthy mind,
body and spirit. Amen.
