We were driving along
when we passed by a certain part of the city and a brother of mine said that
that was a pokemon spot, there were a lot of people then going around to catch.
Pokemon was an instant
hit. It created a phenomenon. People were actually moving around, trying to catch
the rarest pokemon. But just how fast it became popular was also how fast it
faded away. The reason, cheating. Players found out that you can actually cheat
and catch pokemon even from other countries without you even going there. The
brother said, “When I found out you can cheat, I stopped, it was pointless.”
We may not be playing
with our life, however, the moment we noticed we are being cheated, we lose appetite
and we stop. Cheating dampens passion. It is pointless to continue, knowing you
are being cheated.
